Policy Overview
At Gemslife, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for spiritual products, Rudraksha, gemstones, bracelets, malas, combos, and related items.
Because many of our products may be spiritual, energized, natural, customized, or personal-use items, cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled according to the conditions mentioned below.
Order Cancellation
You may request order cancellation before the order has been processed, packed, customized, energized, or shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Customized, energized, specially prepared, or packed spiritual products may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.
- Gemslife reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, incorrect details, suspected fraud, or service limitations.
- If Gemslife cancels a prepaid order, the eligible refund will be processed as per this policy.
Return Eligibility
A return request may be considered only if the product is eligible and the request is raised within the allowed time after delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The product must include all original tags, certificates, invoices, packaging, accessories, and free gifts if any.
- The customer must provide clear photos/videos as proof when requested.
- Return approval is subject to product condition verification by the Gemslife team.
- Items that fail verification may be rejected and may be returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund because of their nature, customization, or hygiene reasons.
- Used, opened, damaged, altered, or tampered products.
- Customized, personalized, energized, siddh, pran-pratishta, or specially prepared products.
- Products purchased under clearance sale, special offer, combo offer, or final sale where returns are restricted.
- Products without original packaging, certificate, invoice, or accessories.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, water exposure, breakage, or wear and tear.
- Spiritual products where return is restricted after opening due to personal or religious usage.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Product
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us immediately with proper proof.
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is strongly recommended for damaged, missing, or wrong product claims.
- Share clear photos/videos of the package, product, invoice, and shipping label.
- Claims without proof may not be accepted.
- After verification, we may offer replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and product availability.
Please do not throw away original packaging until your issue is resolved.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after cancellation approval, return approval, or successful product verification where applicable.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method wherever possible.
- If original payment refund is not possible, we may request bank or UPI details for refund processing.
- Refund amount may exclude shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway fees, packaging fees, or other non-refundable charges where applicable.
- For returned products, refund processing begins only after the product is received and verified by our team.
- Gemslife reserves the right to reject a refund if the product does not meet policy conditions.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, the refund may take time depending on the payment method, bank, and payment gateway.
- Approved refunds are usually initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
- After initiation, banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
- Festival periods, bank holidays, or technical issues may cause delays.
- Gemslife is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for return.
- If the return is due to customer preference, size choice, wrong order selection, or change of mind, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
- If the product is damaged, wrong, or defective and verified by our team, Gemslife may provide a suitable resolution as per policy.
- Customers must pack the product safely for return shipment.
- Gemslife is not responsible for damage caused during return shipping due to poor packing by the customer.
Replacement Policy
Replacement may be provided only after verification and depending on stock availability.
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
- If the same product is not available, we may offer alternate product options, store credit, or refund where applicable.
- Replacement requests may be rejected if the product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging.
Important Notes
- Order cancellation, return, replacement, and refund approval is at the discretion of Gemslife after verification.
- Spiritual benefits or expected outcomes are based on beliefs and are not grounds for refund.
- Natural products like Rudraksha and gemstones may have natural variations, which are not considered defects.
- Minor color, texture, size, or shape variation may occur due to photography, lighting, screen display, or natural product characteristics.
