  • Metro cities and major locations may usually take 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote areas, villages, or service-limited locations may take 7 to 12 business days or more.

Correct Shipping Address

  • Gemslife is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable addresses.
  • If the courier partner returns the package due to wrong address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.

Delivery Delays

While we try our best to deliver orders on time, some delays may occur due to conditions beyond our control.

  • Courier delays or logistics issues.
  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or traffic restrictions.
  • Festive season rush or high order volume.

Undelivered / Returned Packages

Damaged Package on Delivery

  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
